The First Roller Automation was done in a Reputed Tea Factory.

A simplified timer based automation was done for withering in a Reputed Tea Producing company, Coonoor. This is actually a fully automated function of the Withering-Dual Speed Blower.
After the successful performance later such automations were done in several tea producing companies in Nilgiris, Karnataka, TANTEA,

Complete Automation System designed and installed for Continuous Fermenting Machine for Tea producing industries. The Automation was to measure and control different parameters like Temperature, Rh, Airflow, Time etc., in RTC with DATA communication.
Continuously More than fifty of such automations were being done.

A Simplified Type-2 Coordination Standard – Primary Series Reactors –designed, developed and manufactured for various ratings of Pumps ranging from 20 HP to 400 HP

The first indigenously developed Check Weigher was installed and commissioned successfully for a reputed Tea Industry in Nilgiris.

A very crucial process in weighing – check weighing the green leaf bags which was done manually and recorded manually for years long with enormous errors in count and weight had been solved by means of dynamic check weighing with computer interface

The difficulties in The Weighing and Bagging of the organic manure, cotton seed oil cake/DOC, sesame Oil cake etc., was solved by developing a Hybrid Machine as a complete solution

Complete Withering Process was monitored and controlled by the temperature and maintaining the difference in Dry and Wet [maintaining the temperature within 24-28 degree C and the Dry –Wet difference within 6-9 based on the weather and leaf condition]
The Fans were driven by VFDs interlinked with the set values as above. The trial was to evaluate the energy saving and as well the best possible wither condition of the Tea Leaf.
The trial taken throughout the process was successful and paved the way for the development of the Fully Automatic Withering Automation.

Hybrid Weighing and Bagging: The Best in Class Weighing and Bagging machine was developed and manufactured for the Very difficult handle material like Organic Manure with high moisture content

Approved by Government of India – Ministry of Consumer Affairs for manufacturing Check Weighing and Batch Weighing Systems from 500 g to 50 kg
